FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQs)

 

HOW TO MAKE THE BOOKING?

  •       Please sign up for an account to make a booking.
  •        After successfully signing up for an account, please verify your email. Please check your Junk and Spam just in case it might be there.  
  •        Once your email has been verified, please log in to your account to continue with the booking.

HOW TO DO SELF CHECK IN?

  •        Please click “Self-Check-In”. Self-Check-In is available 2 days before the booking date.
  •        Then click “Submit.”
  •        You will receive a copy of the indemnity form in the email.
  •        Please print the indemnity form and bring it during registration day for Kinabalu Parks staff reference.

HOW TO CHANGE THE DATE OF CLIMBING?

  •        Please select a new date of climbing with availability.
  •        Please call 088 273 238 (ticketing and website).
  •        The invoice for changing the date will be issued and sent to your email.
  •        Please send us the invoice and the proof of payment through email as our reference at the appointed time for further action.
  •        We will inform you once the date is changed. 
  •        Please check your ticket on your booking account. For your information, the invoice will remain the same. Only the ticket will be changed. (if the date of the ticket is not changed, please email us back for assistance)

HOW TO UPGRADE THE PACKAGE?

  •        Please select a new date of climbing with availability.
  •        Please call 088 273 238 (ticketing and website).
  •        The invoice for the upgrade package will be issued and sent to your email.
  •        Please send us the invoice and the proof of payment through email as our reference at the appointed time for further action.
  •        We will inform you once the upgrade is made.
  •       Please check your ticket on your booking account. For your information, the invoice will remain the same. Only the ticket will be changed. (if the date of the ticket is not changed, please email us back for assistance)

 HOW TO DOWNGRADE THE PACKAGE?

  •        Please select a new date of climbing with availability.
  •        Please call 088 273 238 (ticketing and website).
  •       As for downgrade packages, we will send them to your email for acknowledgment of the downgrading package. (For your information, the remaining balance of the downgrading package is not returnable or refundable)
  •        Please revert us back the documentation for further action.
  •        We will inform you once the downgrade is made.
  •        Please check your ticket on your booking account. For your information, the invoice will remain the same. Only the ticket will be changed. (if the date of the ticket is not changed, please email us back for assistance)

WHAT TO BRING DURING REGISTRATION DAY?

  •        Photocopy of identity card (IC) or passport.
  •        Indemnity form.
  •        Invoice of the booking and e-ticket.

  •        Mountain Guide fees
  •        Certificate fees - Cashless
  •        Transportation fees (from registration counter to starting point of climbing – Timpohon gate)
